Hop aboard the free ski bus and before you know it, you will be in the middle of all the skiing fun of the nearby Hochzillertal Ski Center (1 km from our guesthouse). They also offer night-skiing there twice a week. The Stephan Eberharter Gold Hill promises a fantastic and, above all, long run to the valley below .

Beautiful ski slopes await you throughout the Zillertal. With a total of 198 km of slopes, skiing and snowboarding are guaranteed never to get even the slightest bit boring! You can look forward to a big beginners’ hill along with slopes ranging from easy to expert. There is even a separate hill just for snowboarders, along with a Fun Park and a half pipe. Carvers and freeriders will also feel right at home on the slopes of the Hochfügen - Hochzillertal ski area. For those who are interested, there is also an opportunity to participate in guided ski tours. Cross-country skiers can enjoy the magical winter countryside as they explore more than 200 kilometers of trails.

Toboggan runs, snowshoe hikes and such other recreational opportunities as the Zillertal Pool & Spa promise even more variety during your ski getaway in Tyrol.

Summer Holidays in the Zillertal

Gästehaus Eberharter stands in the picturesque village of Stumm, located in the midst of the Zillertal, surrounded by the tall mountain peaks and lush green meadows of the Alps. Some 1,000 km of well-maintained hiking paths crisscross the length and breadth of the valley. The broad Ziller Valley, which initially climbs only minimally, is ideally suited for hikes in the Alps, especially with its modern mountain lifts – no matter whether you are an experienced mountaineer or merely in search of a leisurely walk.

When it is time to cool off on a warm summer’s day, where better than the region’s crystal-clear natural lakes, or the in- and outdoor pools of the Zillertal? Just about a 5-minute walk away, sun-worshippers and water-lovers will find what they seek at the newly constructed aquatic center in Stumm (swimming pond, adventure pool, kiddie pool, competition pool – 25m, beach volleyball,...). From our guesthouse you are also within easy reach of the Zillertal Bike Path, which runs from Mayrhofen via Strass im Zillertal to Kufstein and Innsbruck.
